WHAT TO EXPECT

New patient appointments last 50-55 minutes. If you have recent lab work, X-rays, etc please bring copies with you so we can include them in your file.

The emphasis of your first appointment is on understanding your health history, assessing your present condition(s), and setting goals for your care. We may discuss nutrition, lifestyle, stress, exercise, sleep, lab work and/or imaging studies. Our discussion and physical therapy diagnosis is followed by a tailored treatment that may include a variety of treatment techniques.

At the end of your first visit, we will have created an initial plan to work together to reach your goals including how many sessions and how frequently to schedule them as well as the opportunities you have to provide new information and check in on progress.

APPOINTMENTS

Each appointment is scheduled for one hour in length.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointment cancellations require 48 hours (or 2 business days’ notice). Because a full hour is reserved for you, you will be charged the full rate for your appointment if you do not cancel your appointment in advance.

FEES

Evaluation: $350-$420 dependent on practitioner
Follow-up visits: $240-$280 dependent on the practitioner
